The championship golf course's layout is a mixture of forest and heathland. Set within 600 acres of parkland and woodland, combined with well manicured fairways and greens.

This is a relatively flat golf course based in Washington, USA, surrounded by a high mountain range. The course is particularly beautiful with azaleas and trees surrounding most fairways. The course is laid out in the shape of a Chinook Salmon.

Devils Garden is a tough desert course located in the middle of a daunting desert in Arizona, USA. This course has a mixture of desert, bunkers, cactus and trees giving a unique layout and feel.

Situated by the mountainous Norwegian fjords this is an exhilarating test to miss the fjords and actually hit the fairways. The fairways are lined by a mixture of of trees, alpine fauna, bunkers and the ever imposing fjords. To score well here is down to patience and percentage play.

Linna Golf, the newest member of the PGA European Tour Course Group, has opened in Finland. Designed by Tim Lobb, the course cuts through majestic birch and pine forest bordering a long lake on the historic Vanajan. The course's natural beauty and strategic challenge, featuring memorable holes that ride a rolling landscape peppered with rocky outcrops, has already attracted critical acclaim.

This 18 Hole Signature course was designed on a brilliant piece of topography, unique to New Brunswick. Offering a 30 foot waterfall on the 14th Signature hole, rock croppings, pot bunkers and marshland. Cut out of the rugged New Brunswick landscape, interspersed with hardwood trees with uniquely coloured bunkers and dramatic elevation changes.

Set in the natural beauty of the Charlevoix region, in Quebec. The golf experience starts with the magnificent views that are unrivalled of the St. Lawrence River. The course has a multitude of greenside and fairway bunkers, trees and mounds that surround each hole. The fairways, which seem pretty wide, cannot be taken at ease. However, putting is by far the biggest challenge because of the speed and undulations.

Maori Heights is located on the south island, in New Zealand. This mountain course has a nice blend of mature trees and tight fairways. With outstanding views over mount Teichelmann and the surrounding peaks. A tough course, not ideal for novices.

Oxie is located in Southern Sweden, it is an ideal beginners course. It combines the beauty of Links Golf with the occasion Parkland Hole, with a good mixture of trees. There are some small lakes and long grass, lining the undulating fairways. In the future there are plans to extend to a full 18 holes.

Foothill Lakes Golf Course is set just below a mountain range in Oregon, USA. With its hard and dry fairways, it proves a challenge when set against the vast undulations around most of the greens. The fairways are often surrounded by vast trees and the snake river which runs through the course.

Huxham's intelligent design with five sets of tees allows all ranges of players to enjoy and challenge themselves. Le Fountainbleu gracefully moves over hill and dale through a dense mix of trees to an exciting trio of closing holes.

Georgetown Inlet is a marsh land course located just south of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, US. The course winds its way through the dunes and is almost completely devoid of trees. This course is particularly tough because most fairways are lined by marsh land, so not forgiving at all.

This is a challenging meadow course, located in Virginia, USA. In the US Tour style format, whilst pristine in presentation, its pine trees, pine needles and deep rough make making par very difficult. For those seeking an easy round, it might be best to avoid.

A narrow tree strewn parkland course, built through an ancient pine forest in North Dakota, in the USA. Very soft greens mean it plays deceptively simple for accurate hitters, although the valleys can become difficult when the wind gets up.

This lake land course is situated in Florida, in the USA. Most fairways have large lakes on one side and mature trees on the other. It is a challenging, well maintained golf course, showing the best attributes of American lake land golf.

The Renaissance Course is located on the plains of Ohio in the USA. A fast open style course with rolling fairways, quick contoured greens surrounded by bunkers. The fairways are surrounded by local trees, high rough and pretty wild flowers.

Set in the idyllic Surrey Hills, this English course has rolling fairways, undulating greens, as well as ponds and deep woodland. This course is ideal for beginners as it is a shorter course, enabling an easier adventure for the novice golfer.

This course was designed by Williard Byrd. Nestled among the tall pines of South Carolina, Heron Point has bermuda grass, from the trees through, to the greens. The open fairways and well guarded greens of championship standard give players of all levels a chance to test their skills.

This course is set high in Idaho, USA; it has pine trees and granite rocks lining the curving fairways. Being a mountain course, there is often breezy wind conditions to contend with. This course has dense pine forests for company, with long rough surrounding the fairways; not for beginners.

Set in the beautiful state of Hawaii, in the USA; Hanauma Cliffs is a volcanic golf course. There is, in effect, no rough on this course, off line and you are out of bounds on the volcanic rock itself. The fairways and greens are in wonderful condition, with occasional palm trees and bunkers for company. This dramatic course has high mountains as a backdrop.
